Template questions

Are these templates really free?

Yes. You can fill in any template online for free without an account. To download the files, create a free Invoixy account with Google or Apple. The free plan includes 3 invoices/month free.

How do I open a template in Google Docs or Google Sheets?

Download the Google Docs or Google Sheets version, go to Google Drive, choose New, then File upload, and open the file. Google converts it so you can edit it like any other doc or sheet.

Which templates calculate totals for me?

The Excel and Google Sheets versions do: each line multiplies quantity by rate, and the subtotal, sales tax and total update as you type. Online, the generator does the math as you go.

Can I add my logo?

The Word, Excel and Google versions are yours to edit, so you can paste a logo at the top. In the Invoixy app, a one-time upgrade puts your logo on every invoice automatically.
